SoftDevBase offers professional software development services tailored for businesses, including custom applications, integrations, and maintenance.

2. Payment Terms

All fees are due as per the agreed project proposal. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance. Failure to pay on time may result in project suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client, except for underlying pre-existing materials owned by SoftDevBase.

4. Limitation of Liability

SoftDevBase’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client under these Terms. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact page.
• Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the date of request.
• Non-refundable fees include any third-party licensing costs and administrative expenses.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

Please note that bespoke custom work, once approved in the design phase, is not eligible for a full refund.
